Tom Stacho of Behavior in Schools recently gave a good reminder to us to avoid the phrases “Good Day” and “Bad Day” in our discussions with students and parents about behavior. All kids should have good/successful days, and we can help by supporting each other to view problem behavior that arises as simply an opportunityto learn and grow. We can find moments of success in all of our days, and help keep things positive for our students and bring hope that tomorrow can be different.
May All of Our Days Be “Good”
